Hi i have one base staion in my home with 3 cameras and it works fine.
I now want to install cameras at my summer place (in another country) ( 3 )
Can I set up the base station at home with these 3 cameras and then bring it to the country place .Or do I have to do the setup there
On the country place I have a 3 G router.
Can I use the same account, that I already have, or shall I create a new one

You can unplug and move to new location , plug in all should be fine.
As long as the 3g router has an eithernet port and does min 1 MB upload

Bennywd,
You can use the same account. The location and network can change freely.

I tried to set up the new base station to my accont but it failed

I have only a base accont I what I understand I must have another accont ?
But this is not the big problem, I can get one more accont
Trying to get back to the old base station.
After some time i Manage that but I can not get back the cameras.
I sync and got green light, but still can not se the cameras , I tried to sync the cameras many times
I have done a factory reset, but it will not Work
What to do ?

Ok.. . FYI
Yes you can move a system to a new location and just plug it in, use with your old account and there should be no problem.
If your on a basic plan you can have only 5 cameras and 1 base per account.
If your using 2 bases, you will have to upgrade your service OR use different emails/accounts for each
As to the cameras, Cameras can ONLY be sync'ed to one base at a time...If you take the cameras from one base , you MUST deleted them form that base's listing ( there's a "X" in front of camera under settings/camera order ) So delete them and they should sync with another base... .

Ok but I havent tryed to set up the cameras with the "old" base station.
Cameras I try to install is the same .
I have the new base station installd with 3 new cameras and a new accont
But when I try to get back to the old one i`m unable to set up the cameras.
I got green light so its sems to be ok, but when I try to look at the cameras at my accont or app, there is no cameras.
I tryed to find out how to delete my accont or delete the base station and then reinstall etc
But I couldent find out how

Bennywd,
I'm not sure I am fully understanding your current setup. The way it sounds (and please correct me if i'm wrong) is you have two(2) base stations with three(3) cameras assigned to each base station. One base station you have working with no issues and it has three(3) cameras successfully assigned. You then have a second base station on a second account that also has three(3) cameras but this setup you are having trouble with. Is this correct?

I have two base stations, each one is connected to a different e mail address. One is in Miami, which I can see clearly in my devices, the other one I have just set in my home in Guatemala. This last one is not working. I cannot see anything with this last one. What can I do? I do not have another arlo view on this last cameras.

We'd first need to know whether the Guatemalan base is online with a green internet LED. If you (or someone) is local to the setup, is it set up properly and viewable or is it somehow the remote viewing that's not working?

I am not an Arlo guy, but here is what I would do if the solutions above don't work. The problem could be an IP address conflict.
If my Arlo account is working, I would remove all cameras and the base station.
Do a factory reset of the base station, and switch off.
unplug or turn off all wifi devices in your home
turn off all modems, computers, routers, phones, tv box etc
turn off your modem.
Remove the batteries from the cameras
next I would set up a new Arlo account.
then re-connect the base station to your modem(not the router which is connected to your modem) and switch on
replace batteries in the cameras
Synch the cameras with the base station
link my new Arlo account to the new base station, and add the cameras.
