YES,  You can run Arlo from IOS, Android, and yr PC.

If your running it from you PC, it just uses one of the supported web browswers to access. (Personally I use the PC to do most of the setup/viewing work and my IOS/Android apps just when on the go to turn on/off.. as I like the larger screen )

Supported browsers are;

• Internet Explorer 10 or above
• Firefox 3.5 or above
• Safari 3 or above (Except on Windows and Linux)
• Chrome

I haven't found a way to manipulate the schedule via the Android app but it seems like it would be cumbersome to do so. Also, you can't restore deleted videos via the app.  Other than these, the app is what I use most.

"Apps? We ain't got no apps. We don't need no apps. I don't have to show you any stinkin' apps!"

But seriously, while you CAN use your smartphone, or your Ipad or tablet of choice, etc. etc., personally I'm quite happy with the old school PC (which is good to use at work similarly), a better fit for my big ol' clunky fingers.  Now please don't put a bullet through my sombrero for saying that.  😉
