Does Arlo Smart Home Security system come with a professional monitoring service?

When motion is detection will the system alert the Police on my behalf?

Hello  ArloNewbie,

The Arlo smart home security system is designed to be self-monitoring. Anytime motion is detected Arlo will send out an email notification stating “Motion has been detected” with a link to view the captured video if this option is enabled. The Arlo smart home security system does not included any professional monitoring services at this time.

I have ADT Security Service. I would like to know if this could be added as an enhancement to the current monitored service. As I’m sure you’re aware, we all create our own version of a smart home with new technologies, but to be safe I need my monitoring. I am VERY interested and await your response.

At this time , No... simple answer.

Maybe in the future as Netgear has hinted in sources online, they will add enhancements, but nothing firm at this time.
