Master card is not accepted when i try to upgrade my subscription

hello there,

 

I am trying to upgrade my subscription from basic to premium. this is the error i am getting no matter what credit card i use:

 

"We're sorry, we only support MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Note: American Express and Discover are accepted ONLY in USA"

 

i am located in Australia so maybe its location based or something.

 

Please help
