Hi,
So I got both a 3 cam wireless set and an Arlo Q. Great. Now that I wanted to subscribe, I've learned that it's impossible in my country.
I mean, ok, you haven't officially launched this thing here maybe. But your distributor is selling these devices and I can't wrap my head around the technical burden you went through to validate my IP address with the supported countries. I have a credit card that works on any US vendor. Amazon will sell me stuff from US and ship it. How on earth are you restricting this on puspose? This is not a technical issue you face. This is something you enforce by putting time / effort in. I've only seen this on subscription music / video services due to content creator restrictions. Not on a product service.
I'm extremely disappointed.
I don't care when you'll release subscriptions in country X. When / Will you release a global service like every other ONLINE service does for the last 10 years?
Thanks.

eknkc,
Subscription plans are not yet available in all countries. For more information on subscription availability take a look at this article: Where are Arlo cameras sold and what service plans are available?

Dominicdegannes,
In order to utilize more than 5 cameras, your account would require a subscription plan (Premier for up to 10, Elite for up to 15). Subscription plans are not yet available in all countries. See my post above for more information on what countries have subscription plans available.

Bshillbilly,
Was your account registered outside the USA? If so, this could be the reason you do not have subscription plans available. Subscription plans are not yet available in all countries. For more information on subscription availability take a look at this article: Where are Arlo cameras sold and what service plans are available?
