LinkR,
You can have up to 5 cameras under the Basic Plan. If you wish to add more you must upgrade your subscription. For more information take a look at the following article: What are the available Arlo subscription plans and how much cloud storage is available?

This is an absolute joke. The more money I spend on your product, the more I have to pay you in ongoing subscription fees? If I am paying for these camera's, why should I have to be locked into your service plans? If I want to add 15 camera, which I have to pay full price for, why should I have to upgrade to a $15 dollar a month plan? Who came up with the hairbraioned idea. I just bough a 4 camera system, with 4 more add-on camera, only to find out I need to spend money on a subscripton? Not happening. Going back to the store, and I will buy Dlink camera's which I can control where my video goes. Nice work Netgear. You wonder why you are a nobdy in the router business? This would be one of the reasons.
