I have a home in Costa Rica with arlo cameras . I'm trying to purchase a subscription but it only shows basic as an option. I bought 7 cameras and need more than 30 days storage. I live in usa

It's apparently because you set the system up in Costa Rica. Had you done it in the US and moved it to your other home, all would be fine. If there's no plan for the country it's registered in, you only get basic.
