Hi I was curious what my best purchasing option would be for watching my dogs. I'd like to get one for outside and inside. I read this article which seems like the regular Arlo would be the best camera for watching my dog outside
I'd also like one for inside too...I suppose if I got one of those Arlo's I can just get another for inside? Do any of them have voice compatibility though?

They should work fine but if you're contemplating live viewing, consider the new Q version since it plugs in for power. It's not rated for outdoors, though. It does have a mic and speaker that the original Arlo doesn't.

I've used my Arlo cam to keep track of an older cat while away... it does work fine as I covered the food area to see her come several times per day ( so knew she was fine with the email notice )
But agree with J,... the Q cam with sound and audio inside may be better suited as your dog would be more likely to respond to voice ( cats just don't care ).
They prob will be out the end of month as per info
