Check the active mode to make sure it is set to "All motion on" If you are using a schedule, make sure that you have All motion on set in the correct time frames for when you want the camera to detect and record motion. If the mode is set to All motion off, or a custom mode that does not include rules telling the cameras to record upon detecting motion, your cameras will not produce any library content.
