Second hand camera's sync

Hello, I bought 2 secondhand camera's. Do I need to reset this camera's before sync to my Arlo system?

They don't sync now to my base station. Grt, Dick

This question has gone thru the mill before with prior people having problems... the answer was that the cameras should link without problems.

Reset the cams by opening the battery door for a few secs... remember to quickly push the sync button on base not hold.

The problem was low battery's! After put in new Battery's they sync fast and with no problems!
