vms3430 cameras offline

Battery's were really low. installed new batteries on Sept. 20th. just returned from vacation. cameras worked for a week. now the cameras say they are offline. base station is connected. tried to sync cameras but base station light does not come on for connection. any help would be great. thanks.

Be sure to only briefly (<1 second) press the sync button on the base.

It sounds like you could be experiencing an issue with your cameras being offline due to not receiving the most recent camera firmware update.

 

For troubleshooting information on this topic, please take a look at this article: My Arlo camera is offline since the release of the recent firmware update; what do I do?

 

Also be sure when syncing cameras to briefly press and release the sync button on the base station (do not hold it for long) as jguerdat suggests above.
