VMB4540r3 base station shows no recordings and the usb needs to be formatted after I updated the Arlo app to version 4.0.2 in early December. I am unable to format the usb. Hub is dead in the water. Cameras still functioning and I get motion alerts on the app...just no recordings. I have seen that others are having similar problems.
When is ARLO going to fix this problem?

If your cameras are still providing notifications, the hub is hardly "dead in the water". More than likely your trial subscription has expired so you need to choose between subscribing to a plan (Settings, Subscription) or only use local recordings Settings, My Devices, your hub, Storage Settings (or similar).
