I have the app on my phone and  tablet, but they only show the 4 cameras and the notice for a 5th.  The control icons are not at the bottom as they are on my laptop. How can I control my cameras from  my phone/tablet?

On Android, the app's screens aren't the same as on a browser. The app has the different screen (Cameras, Mode, Library) at the top and the Settings via the menu (3 dots at the top right) selection.

Yesterday 4 out of 12 of my cameras show "offline" and it is not the battery.  Today, i cannot control the cameras with my laptop...nothing chnaged as far as my coputer or modem.  Unalbe to turn the cameras off or on...Is this a common problem?...I paid too much for this system if I am going to have to take down these cameras continuosuly.

When that happens to me, I log out and back in - everything works then.
