unable to contact support after subscription renewal issue

My arlo subscription ran out due to expired CC. Somehow without me inputting any CC info they have withdrawn money from my bank account. One would assume that means I've been re-subscribed right? No, no subscription. That means I have no access to a live agent. Arlo provides no phone number to contact in case help is needed (unless you are in Canada). So should I subscribe again in hopes that it will allow me to talk to an agent to get a refund for the previous charge? I've paid a hefty fee for these cameras, and I also have paid my subscription for years. why is arlo support so so bad?
