Grant Access - no devices displaying

I am trying to grant my wife access to our Arlo devices. On the original account, it says approved with all the cameras and full permissions. When she logs into her account on the Arlo app and computer, no devices show up. She does get notifications of alerts happening on the cameras to her cell phone through the Arlo app but cannot see any of the details, recordings, devices, etc. How do we fix this?

THe current issue may be that the user interface (UI) being used on both accounts don't match. Your wife very likely has the new UI which shows Feed to view recorded videos. If your own UI uses Library to view videos, you need to migrate to the new UI so grant access works. Note that there are ramifications to this since custom modes don't translate over so you will need to check and set up your modes and rules under Routines. There are only 3 available modes and you can't add more so any customizations have to be worked into those 3 modes. Check and configure schedules and geofencing while you're there by selecting Automations.

 

To migrate, choose Add Device and select either the Pro 5 or Security System even though you have neither. The first step is to migrate the UI. Once completed, simply back out of the installation to cancel it. With the new UI, each user has their own Home location, noted at the top of the screen as Home. I suggest renaming that so it's obvious that it's yours. On your wife's account, she needs to click on Home and choose the bottom selection (that's where the renaming helps). Then all cameras you selected for her access will show up.
