I have an existing one-outdoor cam system and account.  I purchased a second two-outdoor cam system plus a Q for a second location.  Using my existing account I tried to sync the new base station with the 2 outdoor cams one at a time.  Firstly, I could not get the base station light to blink after pressing the sync button for 2 seconds.  The last light on the right started to blink though.  But even so, I eventually was able to sync up the first cam with the base station (that 3rd light never blinked) and saw the live feed next to the feed from my one camera at my other location... Great.  I, however,  have been unsuccessful in syncing up the SECOND camera.  Also, trying to connect the Q to my router, I get as far has the chime, then it gives a blooper sound and is unsuccessful... ?/?  Thank you for help, GR

2 things:

1) If the last LED on the right (USB) is flashing, you're holding the Sync button too long.  The sync process requires just a short press, 1-2 seconds.

2) For Q, the usual issue with pairing is not using caps or otherwise the exact spelling for both SSID and passphrase, not just the passphrase. Another possibility could be the use of special characters.
