I have a new router and my Arlo Netgear base station is not connecting to my internet. All i am getting is the green power light from the base station. I already reset the base station and am going into new startup for the base station with no luck as it's trying to find a connection. How can I do a new set up so I can put in the correct router info into my Net Gear Arlo account in the hopes everything will hook up like it did before. I alreadt double checked all of the wires.

This sounds like perhaps you're using the app to attempt setup but the device is on 3/4G rather than the same network as the base. Can you verify this? All devices must be on the same network for initial setup. After that, Internet access is all you need.
BTW, this is the area for the Q camera, not the wireless ones.
