trouble with base unit

Hello. Is there any way on God's green earth to speak with a human being at this company? I am having trouble with my base unit. PLEASE HELP! Signed, desperate!

Thank you. My model number is VMS3530-100NAR and I cannot get the app to recognize the base unit. I have a solid internet connection and an Android phone. Any help appreciated.

I suggest trying on a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com).  You can also reset the base using an unbent paper-clip.
