For general consumption, click on the Support link at the top right of these pages. Then, under Helpful Links on the right side is Contact Support. Various option there...

I can't see any pictures on my phone. How do you see what they are recording?

Use the app and select Library. Select a day with a green dot and you should see any videos recorded. Click on a video to be able to watch it.

Re problem I had cleared after downloading/installing NETGEAR GENIE file and - no more annoying notification on the Windows screen.
