It seems that time zones are not properly set. Please take note that DST is not used everywhere, so some Time Zones should have option to be fixed. For instance, UTC -5 (Bogota, Lima, Quito,...) is not there

Ron0,
Welcome to the community! Please consider adjusting the time zone and then taking a snapshot from one of your cameras. Then compare the time on the snapshot to your local time to verify if you have found the correct time zone. I do not have any information at this time regarding additional time zone options or features but I will be sure to keep you posted!

Hi, I am using Arlo in Vancouver ( Canada) . I made various schedules ,that would not work,as the time zone does not match my real time here ( I am using a time zone given as GMT- 7:00 mountain time ,US and Canada). I would like to know which time zone would work best for me ?
Thanks

Hi Va,
Our Arlo Customers in Vancouver Canada should use Pacific Time Zone (Listed in Arlo as Los Angeles, California).
Please let us know if you run into any trouble at all with your schedule.
Thanks for using Arlo!

Thanks JamesC.
That is exactly what I did to find the time zone that matches with the current time. But the time zone that matches (GMT -6 Chicago) is simply not the correct Time Zome. Time here is GMT -5 all year, we don´t use DST.

Riggs,
The time zone you should use in Arlo for Bogota, Lima, Quito is UTC - 6:00 (Chicago, Illinois). Hope this helps!

Correct. Time zone -6 is not working anymore for Us. We have to change it to -5. But, again, the problem is that the system does not include the -5 time zione wthout DST.
As I mentioned in my previous message, correct time zone here is -5 all year. We should not have the need to change time zones.
