Systems stopped one week ago. Called Arlo and spent hours with no success. Arlo transferred me to someone who remotely wasted over two hours on the phone while they attempted to fix. After two hours they wanted to charge me to help. Systems seemed to work ok, prior to the email telling me I needed to update prior to a certain date or the systems would not work. Currently once I log in on line it will not let me add devices as it says it has no base station. The base is net gear VMB3000 and camares are VMC3030.. If anyone has solution please let me know, otherwise the systems are just junk to me. Thanks
