I am only posting with the hopes that i will be helping someone else to not have to go through this!! I absolutley HATE when I am having to jump through hoops to cancel a subscription. I have not been using the cameras for over a year now and believed that I cancelled my subscription. I am not blaming arlo for my oversight but it is impossible to cancel arlos subscription. I cannot find the "settings" on the website and all attempts to contact arlo have been intercepted by automatic responses. HORRIBLE customer service.   They make it so very hard and frustrating!!  No real person to talk to which i hate even more!  I am still not sure how i will get this taken care of.. THANKS SO MUCH ARLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I would only purchase their systems if you need no help at all and plan on paying forever for a subscription.

There are instructions in the kb.

 

If you see "Library" in your app menu, then try this guide:

 

If you instead see "Feed" and "Dashboard", then try this one:
