I upgraded to the new app,I have had no issues for years now I am getting no notifications other than Geo Fencing.I have my cameras set to home mode from 7am each morning,now I get a video each morning from all cameras, not sure why.I have tested armed mode overnight when it's supposed to be in armed mode but I don't get a motion notification.Can someone please assist with what's happening. As I mentioned I did reset any of my settings when I upgraded.

Check your cameras' rules in each mode under Routines to ensure that Notifications are enabled. It may also be worth checking the phone's settings for the app to ensure that notifications are enabled there, too.

Thanks for the response,Ive checked as you suggested and all ok.The other thing I forgot to mention was I used to receive email notifications when the batteries were getting low(I think at 15%).I just noticed one of my cameras is at 9% and yet I had no email.Again this morning I have videos from all my camera's in "feeds" at 7.03am advising 'motion".This is the time they are programmed to go into "Home' mode so i shouldn't be getting this.

What cameras and base are you using? You posted in the Wire-Free section so that would imply the original cameras that use 4 CR123 batteries. If not, check to see what model they are, perhaps by removing the battery from one and looking for a label inside that shows VMCxxxx. The base would have a label on the bottom that shows VMBxxxx.

Hi ,yes they use 4xCR123 batteries and are wi-fi.There is no identifying labels in the cameras but Base is VBM3000.Are you implying the upgraded app doesn't support the early model cameras?.If so that is pathetic by Arlo.As I mentioned early i have had no issues for years and haven't changed any settings so I don't understand what is going on.I checked a camera the other night at about 1am when arriving home,it didn't sense any motion and take a video,its supposed to be armed then!So it appears the system is useless know.If i have to replace it,it won't be Arlo!

@jguerdat was just wanting to know what equipment you have, since that often matters.
The app still should work with your cameras. (If that had stopped, we'd be seeing a lot more posts on your issue).
That said, your cameras did go end-of-life in July 2023, so there is no more support for them.

Since the cameras should be working even though EOL, we need to dig deeper. When the interface changed on you, you say you reset your settings but we don't know what that means. What mode is supposed to be used at various times of day? It seems you're using a schedule so we'd like to see screenshots of how you have that set as well as to your modes to make sure they're proper. You also mention getting notifications for geofencing so that would be good to see how that's configured. There are issues with schedules vs. geofencing so that may be part of your issue.
Let's start with just your modes and schedules. Show us what you have set up and we should be able to at least verify correctness. BTW, here's a link that may be useful to help understand the new processes:
