"The DEVICE DOES NOT EXIST" Error

changed the batteries in a unit and it will not stream video but says "the device does not exist"

occasionally it will show a still of what is in the camera view. but insists it does not exist.

 I have reset the base station and deleted and reinstalled it 5 times.  the profile restores each time but is non functional otherwise.  Anyone else run into this?

I've only seen this when using a second device after having removed a camera. The message is displayed on the first login but not afterwards.

 

You mention resetting the base but the issue seems to be with the camera. I would punt and remove everything from Settings, My Devices and start fresh, as if new.
