I have the 720P VMS3330W cameras and they are not staying connected. I am constantly having to restart them by unplugging the power cord and plugging back in. What is the issue with these cameras? Is there anyway they will run without me having to keep resetting them.

You byline shows pro/2 400 base... guessing you mean unplug the base as these cams use 123 batteries only/

These cams originally were on a 3000 base and should work fine on the 4000.

Most of the time the camera drop out due to other wifi signals causing interference( or range ).... easy way to test is move one of the cameras closer to the base for temp and see if it continues to drop out.

I have several still running on a 4000 base without issue

I’ve actually purchased the wired battery connectors because they batteries were dying too quick. I tried running the rechargeable batteries but they went quick as well. I run my cameras 24/7 and mainly 1 stops working at least 4 times a day. I have xfinity 1200mb so it’s not my connection there.

Since your using 3rd party ac adapter... simple test is to remove it and test on a set of batteries.

See if the issue continues ,  it may be the ac adapter.  who knows.

The voltage going to the camera may be out of the required range for the camera... Tho I have modified an old camera to run direct on ac, I was very careful of the input voltage under load ( to be exact )
