I am having a similiar problem with battery and sensitivity. I set up 3 cameras  7 days ago. one is at 85% and other 2 are about 30%. I have 2 in the back yard and 1 in the front yard. the one in the front yard is really good at catching every car going down the street. (should be way out of sensor range) but does not even detect me when I leave for work or when my wife leaves or comes home with the car in our driveway. I am guessing the cars going down the street are putting more heat. I have tried to increase the sensitivity to get the driveway motion but just get more cars passing by. At the rate my batteries will need to be replaced every two weeks.

Thank you

Tdluzak,

Camera position can  be a factor in motion detection performance. It can sometimes take some trial and error to find optimal conditions for your Arlo system.

Take a look at the tips in this article to be sure your cameras are positioned for best performance: How do I optimize my Arlo Wire-Free camera’s motion detection performance?
