I am trying to access a video from 6 days ago and can not.  Very frustrated that I can not chat or better yet talk to a representative.  We have recently purchased 5 cameras and 2 base stations.  If I can not get questions answered today, taking all this Arlo back.From the posts I have read, I see that your customers are not loving the product and that is too bad as the product seems like it would have been good if managed properly.

All manually recorded or motion detected events will be located in the library until deleted by a user or automatically deleted after 7 days (if you are using the free Basic subscription).

 

If the video is older than 7 days, it will automatically be deleted from the cloud. We recommend downloading and storing locally any content you wish to save for later use.
