My Base Station cannot be discovered by my computer

My Base Station cannot be discovered by my computer after trying to re-boot due to none of my cameras syncing with the base station.  For the amount of money I paid for this system, How can this be this difficult to set up and run?

Goota give us details.  How did you reboot the base - power switch/cord or the Restart button in the app and browser in Settings, My Devices, your base station? What do the LEDs on the base indicate?  There should be at least 2 green ones for power and Internet and maybe the cameras one, too.  What are you trying to do that would "discover" your base?  Are you getting error messages?  Have you tried a different browser?
