In order to reconnect an Arlo Q to my base-station, my mobile device needs to be on the Netgear01 wifi, for which I lost the password.
How can I reset this password, or is there another way of solving this problem?
Thxs for any answer,
Jansse

The Q doesn't connect to a base station - it just uses your home WiFi like your phone.
There's no way to recover the WiFi password. You could try logging into your router (usually 192.168.1.1) and check your WiFi settings which would include the password. However, you'd need to remember the login for the router (I certainly hope it's not the default of username being admin and password being password). The last resort would be to factory reset the router and starting all over with its setup.
