one camera off line will not sync

one out of four cameras had gone "off Line". about 2 weeks ago. I see there was an upgrade done based on what I have read. However, when resetting the base, still have same issue. Tried several things as I had read many sugestions but still off line. The things I have tried is: 1) name each camera a unquie name from the rest. 2) re-booted the base station 3) replaced batteries with new ones 4) used a USB phone charger cord, plug directly into the camera usb connection and plug into the outlit. When doing this, both orange and blue lights continue to blink. I have tried to resync camera with base station but blue light will not come on the one camera to be able to sync.   Any other suggestions to try would be greatly appreciated

Remove the camera from Settings, My Devices, open and close the camera battery door, use fresh batteries and sync. Make sure you use a brief press (<1 second) on the base sync button.

as suggested, i removed the camera from my settings. Added new batteries as well. Still have issue with Camera where the sync light will not come at all on in the camera.(fyi, I was within 2 feet of the base and I was logged into my arlo account as I had performed this task).

Contact support using the Support link above here to open a case.  It could just be a bad camera.
