One of thecameras have stopped working. Replaced with new batteries a few times still not working. The blue light on the camera turns on for a few seconds when the battery door is closed but no activity after that. Remove camera from system and tried to add but still blue light turns on after a few second only.

Please advise. Thanks

dalearlo,

It sounds like you could be experiencing an issue with your camera being offline due to not receiving the most recent camera firmware update.

For troubleshooting information on this topic, please take a look at this article: My Arlo camera is offline since the release of the recent firmware update; what do I do?

If you are still experiencing this issue, please let us know or feel free to private message me, I would be happy to help.

2 of my 4 cameras are offline since the update.  I have tried new batteries, rebooting the base, rebooting the cameras, syncing with the base station (which they won't do)  I have tried everything from here....what else can I do?  Frustrated!!!  Worked so well before.

Did you remove the cameras from Settings, My Devices before resyncing?

Edit: Make sure you only press the base sync button briefly (<1 second).
