not receiving password reset link

While troubleshooting numerous issues post update, i logged out and haven't been able to log back in. I clicked on the "forgot" button to reset my password but i've yet to receive an email with the link - i've double checked spam folder, etc.  I'm using Safari/Mac.

 

Does this typically take a while or is something else afoot?

Fair enough...figured email should be quick.

 

Still haven't received it...but managed to log back in so it's no longer an issue. Now onto to the larger issues....

Don't have an answer for you (the email should be quick) but a phone call may be the fastest way to get it reset.

Stylez40,

 

You can change your password by logging in to your Arlo account and navigating to Settings > Profile. Enter your current password in the provided field along with your new password and click save to commit the changes. I ihave tried for MULTIPLE days to change my passwordd. I am UNABLE to log in and hence I am unable to change my password via my profile settings.  I HAVE NOT received the email link to change my password wither.

A quick chat or phone call to support may be needed to straighten this out. Use the Support link at the top and then Contact Support on the right.

Phone calls don't help. 25 minute hold!!! ANd not on an 800 number. Disappointing....

If you forgot your password take a look here for instructions on how to reset it: How do I update my Arlo password?

 

Do you get any error messages when entering your email address after clicking the forgot link?

 

Also be sure your email provider is not filtering the password reset email to your spam folder.
