I can't get the camera in nightvision.

I enable the button nightvision but nothing happens.

The night vision or IR comes on when the light levels fall low enough to need it.

Set the motion detection on, take your camera into a dark room , closet , etc and move around..you should get a recording ...Also the IR lights are at 850nm wavelenght, so they will glow slighty red ( around the camera lens in the dark )
