neither of my cameras will show up on my app

I installed the Arlo Wire Free cameras ina bout 10 minutes.  I installed one in front and one in back of my house.  They worked perfectly for about two hours. I showed a buddy at his house how I could see my both locations. Suddenly, neither device was showing up in the app.  Only the "add device" page would come home. When I got home, I tried resyncing the cameras, turning off the router and back on, nothing is working....I can see the "red lights" on the front of the camera as if it is on, but neither camera will show up on my app (or online) to view them....HELP!!

Can you see your base station in the app online? If so, what is the firmware version?
