my camera included in "my devices" in the Mode window

Why isn't my camera included in "my devices" in the Mode window. I can't get the edit pencil in Armed to change the recording time for my camera, which isn't recording anything.

Try logging in using the web interface https://arlo.netgear.com also, power cycle the base.

If you go to devices, can you see the camera there?

Thanks, I've tried all that. No luck.  The camera shows up when I go to it's settings and it shows up as a device there, but not when I select "mode" to change the "armed" options.

 

It is synced and when I select "live" from the home screen, it does go live and work properly.  It just isn't recording or showing up in the "mode" window.

 

My other camera won't even sync with brand new batteries. When I open and close the battery door, the blue light comes on solid for a few seconds but when I hit "sync" on the camera nothing happens, no lights.????

 

The whole system is about a year old.

Power cycle the base and if that does not work then remove the devices under settings, factory reset the base and start from scratch.

Can you give more details on the issue you are describing? Are you seeing any error messages that might help indicate an issue?
