monitoring from vacation

I cannot monitor it....nor open the email when I get the message from Arlo....seems to be a security issue with the ship....I am onboard a cruise...so what tis the solution

You might want to install an VPN program to bypass all the blocks on the cruise ship Internet service.
If they block your app store, you will be SOL until you get to a port of call.

Dont know what cruise line your on... But I can say it's on the cruise line end.

I have been on carnival and ncl and both have enough bandwidth to hook into the Arlo system and see all.

Have you talked to the onboard sys op?
