VMS 3130 Camera Trouble getting hooked up, and syncing with my iPhone

Bought arlo 2 months ago and it's still not set up. Amber light on camers is blinking. Trying to sync my iPhone6 with it. When I try a brownish sign at the top says; we are sorry. The system is experiencing an unexpected issue. So I went to settings and it said click to comfirm email address and when I do the brownish sign at the top says; The Registration comfirmation resend has failed. So when I click on the base station that I have, it says discovering your device. After a few minutes it tells me how to connect to the internet. I triple checked the connection to my router and the base station, it's all hooked up. I don't know what else to do. SOOOO frutrated!! Can anyone help, PLEASE!

First, what are the LEDs doing on the front of the base... If the left 2 aren't green, your not going to get setup done.

 

Also , the phone and base must be hooked into the same network for registration to work
