I can no longer connect to any of my five cameras after this update.
"Sorry we are having trouble signing you in due to Internet connectivity issues do you want to try again?"
Then I try and use the web based portal and not the app and get...
"Cannot open page because the server cannot be found"
i was was excited to get these cameras to watch over our house. Got them up and running for days in preparation to leave town. And now while away I cannot see anyth
This upgraded firmware doesn't seem to be working so well from me.
How should I proceed?
and no my internet connection is not down....

First thing to do is power down the Base station via the power button and see when it reboots if they come back online.
Morse is faster than texting!

Yup. Just for grins I used the restart button and things went downhill. A power reset worked fine.

Wouldn't that be great......if I were not out of the country.
All five cams worked yesterday for long enough to see I have a package stolen off my front porch before a neighbor could get it. Now today an email alert I can see someone in the still coming up to my door but when I click on the image to see the video same connection error.
big time fail IMO on this firmware 😞

A two day old support ticket made and no answer or response to an issue that seems to have been created on the vendors side....looks like I'm not the only one having issues.

Are you getting an error message for the camera? Consider opening and closing the battery compartment door on the camera, what is the LED behavior?
For your reference: What do the different LED behaviors on my Arlo Wire-Free camera mean?
