After the the 3month basic free support. I no longer have access to my devices.
I received a message that says I am not connected to the internet.
Is this a way that I have to upgrade to pay the monitoring charges or I am able to still view and use the cameras without paying any additional charges.

Do did not lose service... service is free for 5 cameras,... What you lose after 3 months on the Basic ( free ) level is phone support only.
The problem is just what you said, you lost or the system thinks you have no internet connection.
Looks at the Left LEDS, three should be GREE< ( from left ) POWER - INTERNET - CAMERAS
First try a simple power button reboot of the base and see what happens

Nyxpd,
Could you give us more details about what you are experiencing? What are the LED behaviors on your base station (Amber, green, unlit LEDs)?
Are you seeing any error messages when you log in to your Arlo account?

The lack of a green camera LED means no cameras are connected for whatever reason. If a power cycle of the base doesn't fix it, you'll need to verify that the batteries are good and try resyncing them. If still no good, remove the cameras from Settings, My Devices and resync.
