I have an Arlo it's on night vision can't see anything.

First verify it's actually working.  In a darm room or at night you should see the dim red LEDs on the caamera turn on when motion is detected or live view is active.

 

Next, distance is an issue.  These are battery-operated and have limited capability of lighting up a scene. 20 feet's worth of useful lighting is about all you'll get.  If you need more, external lighting will be needed. It will work fine for close subjects but not so much for distant ones.
