My model was not listed, but the box says VMS3230C. All of a sudden using internet explorer on my SurfacePro I am getting "you may be logged into NETGEAR Arlo in a different browser tab". I don't know what else to try to access my account. My iPhone works just fine but my Surface was where I originally downloaded the software and now I can't get past this notification. I'M TOTALLY FRUSTRATED

The issue you are experiencing is a caching issue that can be resolved by following these instructions:

When using IE 11, click the gear icon in the top right hand corner of your screen, go to Safety > Delete Browsing History.

This will bring up the following window, be sure to check off the boxes pictured below and then click Delete. Close and reopen your browser window and attempt to log in to Arlo.

Be sure to uncheck the "Preserve Favorites Website Data" box if it is already checked.
