I setup my account and sent my husband a friend request to share. Now I am locked out of my account and he only has limited access. How can this be corrected to let me back in with my login credentials and admin access?

When you say "locked out of your account" do you mean you are getting an error when attempting to log in? What error message are you seeing?

 

Consider a password reset attempt by clicking "forgot" next to the password field on the Arlo log in screen. Reset your password and try again.
