When I browse my cameras from the iPhone, I can see a live video feed just fine. But when I browse the same cameras from my laptop, I get the ""Your base station is not connected to the Internet." message. Any ideas why my iPhone can see the cameras but my laptop can't?

I recommend updating your browser/flash to the latest and try logging out and back in and see if it helps..
Check this link below if the above didn't help..

Chrome seems to be problematic - I have to log out and back into the Arlo site with Chrome to get it to work reliably. Not everyone has been that lucky but it's a good first step.
