iPhone showing error "device is not recognized". Logging in without any issues with Android phone.

I have been having issues logging into my Arlo account, and when I used an android phone, it log in without any issue, but on iPhone, it's saying the device is not recognized and it refuses to push notifications to my email address.

You might try resetting the 2-factor-verification to use web push and see if that works.  Then trust the iPhone.  After that you could change the 2-factor verification back to email.
