My camera was working fine before I left but it suddenly shut off. Now it seems to be offline but my homebase is still online and connected to the Ethernet. Has anyone had this issue? It’s paired to the homebase, which is online. Is there anything that I can do remotely to get the camera back online?

Do you still have a subscription after the free 3 month trial one expired? Check Settings, Subscription to be sure. Any camera newer than the Pro 2 requires a subscription for cloud recordings.

Legacy cameras should still work fine....

If you are just using the arlo wire-free cams, there really is nothing that can be done remotely.

Sometimes the camera can go out for a number of reasons ( stolen, battery dead, interference, etc )

Sorry - dunno what I was thinking since, as Tommac sez, the older cameras work fine without a subscription.
