iPhone not recognized

Hi,

I bought a new iPhone; downloaded the app, connected to Arlo but it tells me “we don’t recognize this device “ then I click on send notification but nothing comes- I still have the same phone number.

any suggestions?

Can you log in to the web portal and change the two step verification to the email method and try again.
