Can't manage from website in my own home, but can manage all cams from iPhone app either home or away. Please help.

I get an error 201: connection failed message. But on my phone it works perfectly. Why?

Which computer web browser(s) and operating system(s) did you use? I had problems (no errors, just stuck video loading) with Mozilla's Gecko engine web browsers (SeaMonkey v2.32.1 and Firefox v36) in my updated WIndows XP Pro SP3 machines and Debian (Iceweasel branded from Firefox)/Linux. I had no problems with Chrome v40 in Linux/Debian though. 😞
