Hello.

 

I just updated and launched Arlo app in my iPhone 4S' iOS v9.3.5. However, it gave me a pop-up message about allowing accessing home data. What the heck is this?

Nothing to be alarmed about. Netgear just added HomeKit support for the Arlo Baby, so the app needs the appropriate permissions. You’ll see the request regardless of whether or not you actually have an Arlo Baby, which is a bit silly, but...

Ah. It needs a better clearer message, even a link to show what it is in details, since it is confusing and scary. 😞
