frequent recording of 10 seconds

My arlo camera  gives notification very frequently (some time every min) and record vedio for 10 sec, when i check recording there is nothing that have triggered the recording. also sometime it would keep on recording for 40 -50 min though I have set the recording time as 2 min.

Sounds like a hardware issue.  Contact support and open a case.
