unable to claim device

Hi,

 I bought a used device and cameras.

I need to now re-register the device.

I'm not able to log a support ticket or have the phone number to contact support to reset the ownership.

Serial# 48935B73A3792

Use the Contact Support link at the bottom of these pages to open a case.

 

The issue is that the person you bought the system from didn't remove the system from their account in Settings, My Devices.  If possible, contact the seller and have them do so.

 

A possible alternative solution is to hold the reset button for at least 1 minute and try again.
